From the dashboard, users can monitor their fitness progress and access their daily stats. On the workout screen, they can manually search or browse through our collections of workouts. Each workout provides an animated demonstration that they can follow.
Users have the ability to access their own collections as well as their shared collections from the navigation bar. Within each collection, their resources are displayed in an organized grid view where they can be quickly added or removed.
